  • If you occupied a newly constructed home on October 1 and did not receive an ANCHOR mailer or an Anchor Benefit Confirmation letter with an Identification Number and PIN, you are considered a homeowner to apply for the ANCHOR benefit, but you were not the actual owner of record on that date.
  • If you are an executor filing on behalf of a deceased homeowner, you are filing for a property held in trust.

    • I have been checking the status of my application for the past month..all payments should have been made by JANUARY 12 2024..if you haven’t received anything then you must call them at their toll free number because they probably need more information. This is what happened to my son as well as my husband. Check your status at the website where you filed.

      • If you haven’t received your rebate yet you MUST CONTACT the customer service line and have your confirmation number handy. All payments were supposed to be made by 1/12/24.

  19. Hi waiting on the status of my Anchor Rebate check. It has been in processing since October. Called and spoke to someone January 11,2024 by the name Kadeshia on your customer service line. Gave her all the info she needed and asked for. My information is still processing a week later. Just like to know what the status is. This was not a problem back in April.
