NTA JEE Main Application Form 2024

Candidates will only be permitted to register for the JEE Main exam in 2024 if they match the minimal eligibility requirements. How Many Attempts for JEE Main?
Candidates for JEE Main should be informed of the total number of attempts to pass the exam. For the JEE Main test in 2024, candidates may appear in three consecutive years. There will be two sessions a year. For JEE Main 2024, there will be six attempts in total.
75 Percent Criteria for JEE Main 2024
Last year, NTA brought back the eligibility requirement of 75% marks for JEE Main. Nowadays, to be eligible for JEE Main, aspirants must receive at least 75% of their class 12 marks to be admitted to their preferred institute. There was no such need or 12th percentile requirement for JEE Main before COVID-19.
A candidate will be ruled rejected and will not be granted admission to any institute, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs if they are judged to be ineligible based on 75 percent of the JEE Main criterion.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. Eligible candidates are 2022 and 2023 12th board exam passers and 2024 test takers.
Subjects in the Qualifying Exam
The following topics should have been cleared by the candidates:
- Language
- Physics
- Mathematics
- Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical vocational subject
- Any other subject
- Admission Criteria for NITs, IITs, and CFTIs
For B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Plan :
- Minimum 75 percent (65 percent for SC/ST) or top 20 percentile.
For B.Arch in Institutes Other Than NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs:
- 50% aggregate Chemistry, Physics, and Math marks in 10+ 2 or equivalent exams.
How to Fill out the JEE Main 2024 application form?
- IIT JEE Registration: Candidates must register for JEE Main 2024. Candidates must supply information during registration. Candidates must input details carefully because rectification requests are not granted.
- Filling the form: After NTA JEE Main 2024 registration, aspirants must fill out the application. Candidates must give personal information, apply for the paper, and select exam cities and education levels.
